From the factory the Ford C-Max with the 1.6 TDCI 90hp engine (2007 - 2010) delivers 90 HP and 200 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 120 HP and 260 Nm – that is 33% more power and 30% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC16C3 ECU.
