From the factory the Kia Cerato with the 2.0 CRDi 112hp engine (2004 - 2006) delivers 112 HP and 245 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 140 HP and 300 Nm – that is 25% more power and 22% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC15C7 ECU.
