From the factory the Kia Sorento with the 2.2 CRDi 200hp engine (2018 - 2020) delivers 200 HP and 430 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 230 HP and 500 Nm – that is 15% more power and 16% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC17CP57 ECU.
