From the factory the Mazda 6 with the 2.2 CiTD 180hp engine (2008 - 2012) delivers 180 HP and 400 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 200 HP and 460 Nm – that is 11% more power and 15% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Denso R2AB ECU.
