From the factory the Mini One with the 1.6D 90hp engine (R56 - 2007 - 2010) delivers 90 HP and 210 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 140 HP and 310 Nm – that is 56% more power and 48% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC16C35 ECU.
