From the factory the Nissan Primastar with the 2.5 DCi 145hp engine (2002 - 2006) delivers 145 HP and 320 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 165 HP and 400 Nm – that is 14% more power and 25% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC16C36 ECU.
