From the factory the Opel Astra with the 1.3 CDTi 90hp engine ((H) - 2004 - 2009) delivers 90 HP and 200 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 110 HP and 250 Nm – that is 22% more power and 25% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Marelli 602 / Marelli 603 ECU.
