From the factory the Opel Astra with the 1.7 CDTi 80hp engine ((H) - 2004 - 2009) delivers 80 HP and 170 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 105 HP and 230 Nm – that is 31% more power and 35% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC16C9 ECU.
