From the factory the Opel Astra with the 1.9 CDTi 120hp engine ((H) - 2004 - 2009) delivers 120 HP and 280 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 150 HP and 360 Nm – that is 25% more power and 29% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC16C9 / Bosch EDC16C39 ECU.
