From the factory the Saab 45172 with the 1.8 Turbo 150hp engine (2002 - 2007) delivers 150 HP and 240 Nm on petrol. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 200 HP and 300 Nm – that is 33% more power and 25% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Trionic Trionic 8 ECU.
