From the factory the Saab 45172 with the 1.9 TiD 120hp engine (2007 - 2010) delivers 120 HP and 280 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 150 HP and 340 Nm – that is 25% more power and 21% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC16C39 ECU.
