From the factory the Seat Altea / XL with the 2.0 TDI CR 140hp engine (2009 ->) delivers 140 HP and 320 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 180 HP and 400 Nm – that is 29% more power and 25% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC17C46 ECU.
